Wing height rule questions

The aero rules state that the wing must be lower than 13" to get +3.

Where is this measurement taken? The absolute highest point including the side panels? The highest point of the airfoil? The strut attachment point?

Also, is a self adjusting wing (springs compress at high speeds, lowering attack angle) assessed extra points?

Thanks,

Frank D.

It would be the highest point of the wing itself measured from the OEM deck. (so, not the side panel height). I suppose that the self adjusting wing is legal since we didn't specify a specific type of aftermarket wing/spoiler ("Add rear wing or spoiler"). Unless it meets one of the other criteria for a +5 wing, it would be +3.
