WarmPepsi
I've heard a few different things, and would like to get a definate answer before i proceed. Painting a finished cage. Allowed? Required? Laughed at? This would be for a TT car, nothing else. Thanks.

white_2kgt
Why wouldn't you paint it and if you did who would laugh? I've seen both, mostly painted though. I guess you could put this in the column of 'Driver Preference', if you like looking at a rusty cage a few years down the line...
WarmPepsi
the resistance was something about "not being able to paint the welds, because they could cover cracks" made more sense to paint it, than let it rust, but again, i just wanted to make 100% sure before i did anything. rrrracer
Silver is one of my favorite colors to paint a cage, makes it easy to inspect.
kbrew8991
white tends to show cracks the easiest imo/e
