Matching Shock valving to spring rates

In particular this is in reference to a porsche 996.

I'm looking at a Bilstein damper setup with off-the-shelf valving with the following values:

Front: Compression 950N / Rebound 1850N

Rear: Compression 3000N / Rebound 2000N

This is a DE / weekend car and I'm thinking about rates of 600 f / 800 R. When I spoke with Bilstein they really couldn't tell me what I should run with the off-the-shelf valving becaue for most applications they custom valve them to whatever spring rate is chosen. (for an additional fee). This would be fine if I were ordering them new but I'm looking to pick these up off of a friend (never used and no springs were ever purchased for them)and want to know if i can run the spring rates listed above without changing the valving or if I should send them off to be custom valved anyhow.

Thanks
