Red Tornado
Again a good turnout for the time trial groups in the southeast. Multiple new track records and some good point battles shaping up. See http://www.nasa-tt.com for the details
DriverGT5
Yeah, and I just found out what a competitive car we have in the 1995 M3 for TTD. We're going to be bringing our A game to Roebling. Would have had the record for Rockingham but alas, I threw it away...
kbrew8991
hopefully I can use the lead to hold of Max Koff in TTF, or else I'll just have to stop driving like crap and beat him outright there are some really close classes, it may come down to being consistent at every event
Lemming
I'm looking forward to RR, I've only been there once and that was a few years ago!
Slowwrx
I can't wait for Roebling. I'm not holding anything back at that event. I hope we can have our own run session like Road Atlanta. Whats the TTR record 1:16, thats what I'm gunning for. Matt
kbrew8991
1:17.22 is the TTR record, set by (probably) a GT3 Cup Car

Red Tornado
Bet you any amount that you won;'t see under 1:18's. Under 1:20's is tough enough but that low is wicked fast.

LOL, Ill bet you that garage space I do, I've been 1:20s there on Street tires, I've done more testing on Roebling than any other track, my Roebling setup is dialed in. Red Tornado
That's true I forgot the record was set on old pavement. Could be broke. I don't know if nationals is in my cards due to some other situation which may take precedence so Matt will have to touchbase and maybe have garage space on hold till I can work around family plans. 1LapSRT
Does that mean there is an opening in the garage?

kbrew8991
That's true I forgot the record was set on old pavement. Could be broke. some of them did fall at the last Roebling event, as we were the first group on the new pavement I just wish my 1:29 wasn't during practice and counted, but I'll just have to get over it and shoot for 1:28s there in May
Red Tornado
Nothing bad. Wife's Mom big birthday bash falls then and she turns 65. So if I go the world of ^%$#% that will unleash on me could be dramatic. I never looked at the dates (typical male) till recently and asked her, " hey when's your mom's bday again?" Needless to say discussion went all down hill from there.
kbrew8991
I bet if you twist my arm hard enough you could have me stretch that old Moosetank's legs at Mid-O

Matt has the potential to run 1:17s there - now can he run a whole session on the pavement is the real question here... I was able to get 1:19s with new tires on the new pavement in my ZO6. Cool air and warm sun helped....
Lemming
Any idea when the points will be updated through the Roebling event?
