readable help re: U/S & O/S

After years in open wheel cars we are venturing into the TinTop World and

have built a 1990, Civic Hatch, Eibach, Koni's, full race preped.

 

Can someone please direct me to some reading materiel regarding oversteer/understeer and how ride height and spring settings effect same.

Cliff notes: Any weight on the inside rear could have been on the inside front. (Do what you can to keep weight on the inside front)
