Strider
Anyone ever had anything warranted by Sparco before? My new racing suit (worn only at Iowa) is losing the threads in the quilting. I have talked to them and sent pictures. They want me to send it in to see if it will be covered under warranty.... I'm nervous they arn't going to cover it then I have a 550 dollar pile of crap......

Strider
suit is in the mail with this letter attached Hello -------, Enclosed you will find the Sparco Sprint 6 Suit that we have been discussing. I'm shipping it to you in the original box and bag where the suit is stored when not in use. Honestly this suit has been out of the bag a total of three times and only worn once in a race situation. You should be able to easily locate the problem areas of the suit where the white quilted stitching is pulling loose on the right knee, right side (roughly over the ribcage) and in the crotch of the suit. If this were one small spot I wouldn't consider it to be an issue, but it's happening in a number of places and aside from looking unprofessional, I'm afraid that these areas will be susceptible to snagging and tearing. I have a large amount of Sparco equipment installed in my car and up to this one item I have never experienced any problem with craftsmanship. I hope that we can get this resolved quickly, please call or email me if you have any questions at all.
Strider
Well I am finally done with the whole thing and have to say that I'm very VERY happy with my choice of products. To make a long story short I dealt directly with the GM of Sparco USA (found that out half way through the process). I sent him some pictures of the suit, then he requested that I send him the suit. A few days later he sent me an e-mail saying he had never seen anything like this before and what address did I want my replacement sent to? Just got the new one today and my patches were in the pocket of the suit carrier! Yeah for Sparco!!! I can recommend there products to anyone with out a worry!!!
