Texas Region - Race 1 from April 28th event

Very close racing in race 1, Texas World Speedway 2.9 CW.

I qualified on the pole, the other two lead cars have me by ~50-75 TQ, but I'm 400 lb lighter, definetly shows the diversity of the AI cars with regards to Weight to Power.

I set the track record on the last lap.

The car in race trim is 3170-3190 coming off track after a 20 min race. Its 3130-3150 after a 40 min race... I weigh 250.

There are still a few places I could remove some weight and if I could ever get this extra 50-60 lbs off of the driver I would be somewhere around 3050 lbs in race trim. I hope to be there for next year.

David. Great video. Thanks.

It was frustrating watching you close on the front cars in T1 to a shut door.

Nice move on the Motion Camaro.

Congrats on the Lap record.

Congrats on the Lap record.

Thanks, It was frustrating, but also lots of fun. I had a great time chasing them down. I learned alot that weekend, and took lots of notes on what worked and what did not work when chasing down cars with lots more TQ and weight.

Fun stuff in deed!
