FocusTed
Must People use Blue Tape. 3M has a product as well that you can use off the track as well. http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Scotchgard-PPF/Home/For_the/Consumer/Product_Info/

Bruce L.
I think a vinyl bra would chafe and damage your paint more at high speed. bruce

beerkat
I do not think that you would be allowed to run with a bra on. It might come off at high speed.

RodeoFlyer
I don't know what it's called but there's a clear 3m product you can have applied at some shops. when you look at the car you would never know it's there. it's a clear vinyl that goes over your paint. thanks to a certain bonehead letting another bonehead drive his race car in HPDE my front end got sprayed when said bonehead forgot turn 6 at Willow was a right hander i'll find out what the stuff is called tomorrow

Hazman
A good quality felt lined car bra does will protect the front of your car quite well without any chaffing. As for being a potential hazard in 5 years of track events we have had no issues with the one on my wife's Z06. It has paid for itself several times over. She even had someone grenade a clutch ahead of her and the metal parts cut the bra but did not hurt the finish underneath.
fomoco1968
If you guys are looking for front end protection from rock chips, call the guys at JMC Motorsports. They have this tape that is about .01 thick. Really good cause it comes in a 3 or 4 inch width and it's just like gaffers tape, but clear. I used it on my front air damn and rear wing. I haven't used it on the track yet, but I can tell you that it looks alot better than the blue tape that I used to use. Ask for Dave or Steve. Great guys.
