rear sway bar

I've got my shiny new rear sway bar but no clamps to mount it to the torsion bar tube, or bolts to attach it to the springplate! My car didn't have a sway bar when I got it, but I think it originally did. An adapter kit was on my order request from Paragon, but they didn't charge me or send it, so b4 I order the kit, can anybody help me out?
