I noticed that the Opera Mini browser is blocked from accessing NASA Forums. I get a 'you have been banned' message. This is from a mobile phone (Nextel Blackberry) in the Chicago area. Could be that Opera uses a foreign proxy, maybe? They are based in Norway, but I do not know if they in fact host a proxy.
