Up for sale is my 1996 Nissan 240SX with SR20DET, that is extremely well setup for track days, road racing, time attack and time trials. I'm sure most of you know what this car is about. This car has been covered in 12 magazines in the past year along with a Best Motoring video. It is the fastest, best setup and receives the most exposure of any S14 240SX in the country. I have been all over the southwest with this car, running events such as Super Street, Redline, GT Live, NASA and more. In those three years, no 240SX has even been close to matching the performance of this car. You will draw crowds due to the amount of exposure and magazine coverage this car gets.

This year alone this 240SX has had a full, 8-page spread in DSport Magazine, pictures in Super Street Magazine, pictures in Modified Magazine and was one of the 11 feature cars in the famous Modified Tuner Car Shootout. In the Tuner Shootout it finished where it finished 6th overall, just a couple hundreths out of 5th place. In 2006 it had coverage in Modified and Super Street Magazines. It has been invited to coveted events such as the American Touge 2 video shoot by Best Motoring and the Modified Tuner Shootout. Yasuyuki Kazama (2005 D1 champion) himself has driven this car! No S14 track car gets more coverage than this 240SX! I will include copies of all the magazine this car has been covered and featured in.

As it's setup right now, it runs lap times in the 1:05 range at Phoenix Intl Raceway. To give you an idea, pole position for the Grand Am Cup last year was a 1:07.5 in a Brumos Porsche 997. It's a 1:55 car at Buttonwillow, 1:27 at Willow Springs, 1:15s at Arroyo Seco etc. With an experienced driver and more tuning at those tracks it'll only get faster. You can take this car to any track event and clean up, it's a very competitive and serious car.

Right now it is currently not registered for the street, but it can be. I had it registered and drove on the street for a long time, but recently started towing because I acquired a truck/trailer. This car has made appearances at GT Live, Redline Time Attack, Super Street Time Attack, Hot Import Nights and many NASA events. Currently it's setup for NASA Time Trial (TTU), NASA Performance Touring (ST1) and SCCA Solo2 (XP). For Super Street and Redline Time Attacks it's legal and competitive for the Unlimited or Limited/Modified classes.

As it sits now, it's just barely in the TTU/ST1 classes. If you detuned the motor (less boost/smaller turbo), it would be a lethal TTS/ST2 class car. This car is capable of setting class records at any track in either TT or PT. Through the years it's been a 1st place car in TTC, TTB, TTA and now TTS and TTU.

Some of the event wins include: GT Live Time Attack (Phoenix 2006), Super Street Time Attack Qualifier (Phoenix 2006), Arroyo Seco Time Attack (five times from 2004-2007), Surge Time Attack Series (8 wins in 8 events), 2nd at Redline Time Attack (California Speedway 2006), 4th at Super Street Time Attack (Unlimited RWD, 2006), SCCA Solo2 Street Modified Class (4 wins in 4 events), tied for 1st place in Turbo RWD class with Vivid RX8 and FX500 NSX at American Touge 2 video shoot. I can't count how many NASA-TT wins this car has.

Track Records: Phoenix Intl. Raceway, NASA TT-B class 1:07.3, Firebird Intl. Raceway, NASA TT-A class 1:06.3, Arroyo Seco Raceway RWD Modified 1:16.0.

I drove this car recently and it is 100% ready to go. This car is completely turnkey and ready to go for NASA club racing, Time Trial, track days, or you could even use it for a drift car. This is an absolutely gorgeous car with unmatched performance. For the money, you simply can't find another car with similar performance and reliability. In 2006 I entered 13 time attacks and won 11, without a single DNF! There is so much more history and a ton more details about this car that I didn't cover. Feel free to ask any questions.

You could buy this car, take to NASA Nationals and win.

$15,000
