S2000's in HPDE

I noticed the '07 CCR no longer specifically mentions the S2000, Z4, and Boxster for not NEEDING a rollbar. Do these cars required a roll bar for hpde and TT this year? In 2006 these cars were allowed to run without one.

I've seen some confusion about this on other forums, and just wanted to check.

If this has been discussed before, please point me there.

I believe the official ruling may depend upon the region and the track.
