Rule clarification needed--fan removal

I removed the stock fan on my 98 M3 and replaced it with an electric fan(actually, the honda I rear-ended last winter removed the fan). Is there any penalty?

One point for "replacement pulley". (In this case, deleted pulley).

if there is no pulley removed, just the fan unscrewed from the pulley... how's that one work?

If the work/load on the motor is lessened because of lighter pulleys (or in this case, a lighter fan/pulley combination because the fan is now gone), it is +1.
