spdracer22 Posted July 25, 2007 Share Posted July 25, 2007 I know this is an open ended question and influenced by various factors, but without any decent tire data to look at, I'm kind of in the dark. Basically, I'm looking for what you guys see as far as braking acceleration, prefferrably on DOT R-comps like the Kumho V710s or Hoosier RS___. If I can at least come up with a range, I'll be able to get in the ballpark with my calculations. (And no, I don't have a DL system yet) I know there are some guys running SCCA Solo who are seeing 1.5g+ lateral with V710s, but is it unreasonable to expect these tires to hold up to 1.25-1.5g+ braking?
