slink
and i am only signed up in tta as a supersized car from ttb, just to get track time i was hoping for more cars from last week also to show up.
Lemming
I may supersize as well from TTB.
bbyevo
I'll be registering this week, although I'll need a rocket pack to keep up with the Corvettes...
Spectator Racing
TTA is not a very challenging class, most of the better drivers head up to the S and U classes, or work down in the lower classes where you really have to know how to drive your car to be fast. My guess is that's why not many people have signed up in A.
bbyevo
Well that's why I am going, to learn how to drive my car.

slink
someone will need to learn how to drive in TTU to have any kind of a chace just to be second to danny popp. but i think jesse white in TTA was with in 1/10ths of the TTS record @ mid-ohio in july
Spectator Racing
I guess I should have clarified my post with the "sarcasm" smiley. I thought my post was obnoxious enough to be taken as intended... The OP is part of the Spectator Racing / Shocker Racing team which is planning a TT sweep of S, A, B, and D. We need a TTC driver, any applicants? And when I say a sweep of S I mean 3rd.

Markus
I guess I should have clarified my post with the "sarcasm" smiley. Note that part of the Spectator Racing aresonal of weaponry includes fireball smokescreens on the back straight, so don't follow too closely. They conducted a super-secret test of this technology back in July with nice mesquite results. Why rely on driving skillz when pyrotechnics will do? About the Spectator sweep - if you merge with Winking Lizard Motorsports I can guarantee a TTE podium spot (too bad it will be from Bill Brees and not me!). - Mark
Spectator Racing
Plan well... Hey, where were you this weekend? There was a great battle between Ken and Dave, you would have enjoyed it.
bbyevo
There was a great battle between Ken and Dave, you would have enjoyed it. Only in the dry..... I've already put in for the rements of a hurricane to stall over central Ohio for that week.
JesseWhite
Yes, it would have been fun and it looks like everyone picked it up a bit as well... My racing budget unfortunately is getting meager so I had to skip August.

Don't involve me it your predictions, I'm still learning the track, trying to find some new scrubs for Sept. & doing my best to stay out of HPDE

Spectator Racing
For the above applicants, please know that the victories mentioned above are a two sport challenge, not simply an "on track" fast lap. One must podium (hence the S, A, B, D thing) and then drink more beer at the Mad Brew bash than your rivals. NASA trophies mean little, but Spectator Racing ("we're just here to watch") notariety is timeless, priceless, and if you don't puke, life changing. Does Immortality appeal to you? Done and done. But who's going to take pictures when my car catches on fire? BTW, looked for WL motorsports Saturday night and didn't see anything. Ended up at Mad Brew. But really, who didn't? Markus
you guys need someone to win TTF for ya? Hey Ken - you're going to have your hands full with Skillicorn in TTF. He was moving last weekend. I think he passed just about every other TT car in the rain Sunday am. And about Spectator - I was down at Madbrew. If the Spectator team ever wants to stop by the Winking Lizard Motorsports Compound I suggest NOT doing it when free beer is being handed out elsewhere. I mean, really. - Mark
kbrew8991
with only 1 test day in the dry in that car it might even out the familiarity advantage we each have (me with the car, him with the track) I'll be faster than I was last year, rules moved in my favor, more seat time in the car, it'll be lighter, etc
Pat L.
I just signed up for TT today... didn't think I'd be able to run with you characters, but the revised schedule works really well for me! See you guys there.
JesseWhite
Oh my.... thought i had seen the last of that S4 in TTA Will be good to see you again Patrick, but take it easy on us this time will ya?
kbrew8991
if Pat's Audi still fits in TTA, it'll be massively de-modded... since he was one of the sole reasons TTS and ST were created
Spectator Racing
Sounds like we don't want it in TTS, either. TTU, anyone?
