Chuck T.
While there is still time ! Series directors and drivers please contact your regional directors (owners) about not scheduling a conflict with the nasa rm Miller event. I know it's not perfectly between everyones house but when you factor in the Midwest region cars it has to be close to even drives. Why Miller ... DUH ... it is HUGE, AWESOME and GREAT ! Everyone has said Nationals is too far away so only a few cars will make it out to Ohio . Plan ahead or it will not happen . LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN

944-Spec#94
Sounds cool. Maybe we can get it scheduled as an Arizona/Rocky Mountain Crossover.

Seems like Jason confirmed that it will be an Az Crossover. For us Az guys average high in Tooele in June is 82F. Remember Phoenix in June is 115F. Lets do it! Dave I am not certain how quickly you can secure a date, but the sooner the better. I am sure my wife will be planning to take us on a long vacation and the last thing I want is for that vaction to interfere with this event. I'm pretty sure early to mid June, but considering how we had the rug pulled out on us this year I'm a bit nervous to bet anything on it . bnewport
I'd like to go also. Wow, 1300 miles. How many days? I ain't coming for less than 3.
944-Spec#94
Dave is the idea for a test & tune day on Friday and then Sat & Sunday races? That is something I would like. Remember 4.5 miles is alot of track to learn!
Spec944#74
I finally got a larger SUV to tow with so I would definitely try and make this event. Dave Hauk just ran an HSR event there last month and loved both the track and the facility. It would be nice if it was a three day event, both from the standpoint of learning a big track and justifying the towing time/cost.

I hear you Chuck . 2,650 mile round-trip tow Billy, you know anyone with a big tow rig? I don't think my 140HP Eurovan is up for towing over the Rockies. It sounds cool, but it's a big push. I'll pitch it to the Midwest gang
Tim Comeau
I wouldn't tow over the Rockies thru Denver. I'd go around through Cheyenne and across Wyoming and come in to Utah in the NE corner.
bnewport
Brent Nicholls has a monster 2007 Dodge diesel long bed mega everything 700ft lbs towing machine. He has a long trailer but I'm not sure two cars would fit. Having towed over the rockies through Denver, I can confirm it's no fun when they close the tunnel because of an accident and you have to use the 2ft wide 2 lane winding road over the whole thing at 2am when you've driven 20 hours to get there
