This is the data for Erics car weighing 2710lbs, good for a 1:46.2. He did a 1:44.9 the day before when he weighed 2610lbs.

The weight discrepacy come from filing the tank to get some traction in the wet earlier in the day. Also, the times are a bit different d/t traffic on Sunday, and a shortened race.

Thanks, Bill - don't let him kid you he still won both days! Congrats on some excellent racecraft! I've got to work on consistancy and working traffic at nationals.

Eric,

Could you give a synopsis of what gear you're in and where you shift from segment 5 through 10-11. I was downshifting to third at the end of the back straight and staying there until thunder valley but I think most people make an upshift around 8-9.

Thanks,

Rob

Rob I staying in 3rd through Thunder Valley. I did bounce off the rev limiter a bit just before turn 9, then went to 4th once I was up over the hill after turn 9. Rob, email coming your way.
