I recently spent $700 in new front end suspension pieces in the form of new bushings, tie rods, ball joints, etc. New brakes have been installed on all four corners as well. Along with that the u-joints were replaced and a new heater core was installed. The tires are new Uniroyal Laredo AWTs in a 265/75/R16 and mounted on a set of 2004 Silverado Z71 wheels. The truck is equipped with a trailer hitch and towing package as well as a brake controller. Mechanically this truck is very sound and has been driven on a few distance trips with no issues what so ever. Also eqipped on the truck is a plastic bed liner and tie down points on the bed rail. The seats are out of a Denali and have all the power options in operational order. The down side to them is the driver's side seat is worn on the seat cushion and starting to show signs of wear on the outside bolster. The only three items that still need work on the truck are the AC compressor, the circuit board for the windshield wipers, and the latch on the rear sliding window. A new compressor will run about $190.00 from NAPA and the circuit board will run $34.90 from a company on eBay called zbra-parts. The latch from what I have been told is a few bucks from Advance or somewhere like that. The body is in great condition minus a few parking lot dents and dings and a few chipped spots in the paint. tmitbyh
I would also take a trade of a four door truck or SUV for this.
