National Staff Greg G. Posted February 1, 2008 National Staff Share Posted February 1, 2008 JMC Motorsports on Ruffner Road between Clairemont Mesa and Balboa can do it. There are not many sites in SoCal, and almost all of us just get teched at the track. SoCal does not charge a fee for tech inspections at the track.
