odddoylerules Posted March 8, 2008 Posted March 8, 2008 My friend has a cool car ( 81 ford fiesta ghia with big brakes, a built motor, dual webers, etc...) he wants to HPDE and get a comp. license, but he is what the state calls a "habitual traffic offender" and has lost his state license well into the next decade. In addition he is required to lose his license for one year AFTER he finally gets it back (eligible in 2012) He hasnt had a license since he was 17. He is now 24. Can he become a competition licensed driver through nasa? I dont even know if he can get into a driving school! Quote
Robnie0723 Posted March 9, 2008 Posted March 9, 2008 The rules indicate a current valid state driver’s license is required. See section 3.5: http://www.nasaproracing.com/rules/ccr.pdf Quote
