raamaudio Posted March 9, 2008 Share Posted March 9, 2008 Like happens to many building a race car, way behind schedule and very much need to proceed, today! (being behind is not really my fault at least, hidden damage in the chassis had to be repaired, dies had to be remachined, my business is growing like mad and eating up all my time!) I am using a Pro Tools 105 HD, Bend Tech software, calibrated the bender, etc. but I am getting 1/16 to 3/32" deformation in the longer bends, material is 1.75" 0.95 wall DOM. I have been told that is acceptable by all sanctioning bodies but I cannot waste time on something I do not know for certain is going to be approved. If anybody knows for certain if this acceptable please let me know as soon as you can.
