Dawg Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 once again the header pretty much speaks for itself. i changed my hydraboost for a manual brake system when the pedals were moved. i didn't get to drive the car much, but from what i could feel, it didn't seem that there was the same bite as the hydraboost. the confidence didn't seem to be there. i'm using a 9 to 1 pedal set up with carbotech 12's and the car weighs 3000#. the shop will go to a little smaller tilton cylinder, but the comfort level might not be there. just seeing if there is an easier set up??????????? roadracetransam Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 A 9:1 pedal ratio should give you a lots of levarige. Most manual (circle track) pedals are in the 5-6:1 range. I am suprised you want to boost that. Your M/C might be way off size wise. Quote
