The midwest AI guys put on a great show and I had a good time hanging out with Robin and crew most of the weekend. It was a nice preview for Nationals too because I think some of the guys there will be at the front of the field in a few weeks. Nice seeing Mark Luna, Matt King, Matt Erickson, Dave Algozine, Brian Groth and of course my west-coast compadre, Dave Royce! On an important note: The MCP AIX car finished the race!!! It was smoking and dropping oil which I think dripped onto the bell housing causing the clutch to slip, but I'll be damned, it finished!
