Hoosier contingency for GTS

I am new to GTS2. Can anyone tell me what the procedure is within GTS classes to redeem tire contingencies.

1. Fill out one of these forms for each race: https://www.hoosiertire.com/nasaredf.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. The field label is beneath the boxes (for example, your requested tire sizes goes in the box above the label "Size Requested". DO NOT worry about the "Signature, NASA Scrutineer - Impound" field. The only signature that is needed is yours. Do not forget to include your credit card information for shipping as we have no local support for delivering the tires.

2. Go to http://www.mylaps.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and print out the results from each race you are submitting a redemption form. When you view race results there is a "Print" button above the results that will print just the results, not all the extraneous stuff on the website.

3. Fax all the pages (grouped together) to the fax number listed on the bottom of the redemption form. You can also mail the redemption forms to the address on the bottom ... the choice is yours.

They give you stickers and a patch.

Get race official to sign off on it after you show you have the stickers on your car and patch on your suit. Send in the results with said form. They ship you tires direct. Pretty sweet.
