laze1
Where is the date code on a Hankook Z214? I found the following number on the tire...are any of them the date code? Z214 (molded in the sidewall in one box) 05022 DOT T7R6 EL H 1205 (molded in the sidewall) 1006079 (on the sticker) So Based on the following info from TireRack: ############################### Tires Manufactured Since 2000: Since 2000, the week and year the tire was produced has been provided by the last four digits of the Tire Identification Number with the 2 digits being used to identify the week immediately preceding the 2 digits used to identify the year. I assume this means my tire was made the12th week of 2005?? DOT T7R6 EL H 1205 (molded in the sidewall)
TurboShortBus
I found the date code on my Goodyears inside an oval on the sidewall, with a bunch of other printed nonsense next to it. All 4 digits were inside that oval. Mark

eMINI
I thought Hankook Z214's weren't introduced until much later?!
Alan_Wolfe
Mine are marked 2405. They may be over 3 years old, but they are way faster than the street tires I've used. (Azenis, RS2, and HTRZ) So definitely enjoy! Alan
