There's quite a few pics in earlier pages of this post, hasn't changed much as i'm in between jobs and held off on car parts needed until next month . However I should have an offer from WalMart tomorrow....but the downside to that is it's at their home office in the internet security division....which is clear the hell up in Bentonville, AR

LOL ya i heard it did a number to the other car...but you could still open and close the doors on mine... didnt see the car..afterwards... but he thinks he will be able to put a new rear on it..and continue on ..

i had a rx8 hit the wall at like 140 flip over and hit another wall ...my heart skiped a beat when i got that call ..it too could still open and close all four doors..i know they could all be tested but i never want to see them tested that hard..everything worked out in both instances..i have had a few tested so far...confiddent now my design works

Well, I will add my two cents about Anthony at Racecar Builders. He has done 2 cages for me in the past few years and I have sent a number of friends there. He does fantastic work. I am very tall trying to fit in a Mustang and he was very helpfull and spent alot of time with me making sure that he built the cages to my specs.....so I could set back and lower my seat and have the extra room that I needed.

He is a professional in this trade and I highly recommend him. I have full confidence in his work.

just thought i would pop back on and let everyone know i am still here ...been steady ... almost 10 years now and over 400 cars we are roll cage specialists..that is all i do every day ..the gerneral race prep shop can get it in and pass the rules..but they cant do it as well as a specialist.. a roll cage should just be something that is just there asa driver you shouldnt even know it is there.....

everyone should be gearing up for the new season... if anyone need anything please give me a call ..roll cage prices havnt went up in almost 15 years..i am holding the base price on cages at 2500 -2600 for MIG welded DOM tubing ..depending on the wall thickness and diameter of tubing required for your car...this is for the bars shown in the SCCA rule book... in a strippedout race car..there are options... mostly in the door bars...you will see many different styles..here.... any extra bars (x diagonals ect) are charged accordingly...average bill with a window net is 3000 to 3500 with the options most select..the difference is in the fit..

ill do it how ever you want it...as long as it meets the rules and is safe. turn around on most cages is slightly over a week. if i am handling the interior, dash or mounting seats tow hooks ect it may be a little longer..and that work is charged buy the hour...i work on an appointment schedule ..when you set your date and send a deposit...i can order your tubing...you will know exactly when you car will be in and out of my shop...

my goal when i install a cage is to make in a way so when the driver is driving the car he or she doesnt even know it is there...notice how everything fits...notice the windshield and a pilar bars...then take a close look at cars at the track there is a difference you can see..

i also can do tig welded 4130 ..those cages are buy the hour...i tig weld all the drag race cages and chassis i do ..

I also thought i would post a few pics of a few of the cars i have done recently...at least what i have on this computer...

zo6 corvette came over from tampa..i talked with him after the cage installation he picked up 1.5 seconds a lap after installing the cage.
