rbrumm
All: just need a little help on what GTS class my car would run in I have a 70 prosche 911 the previous owner tells me that the horse power is +-220 and the car weighs +- 2300 lbs the tires that are on the car are Hoosiers DOT P315/35/zr17 rears & Hoosiers DOT P245/40/zr17 fronts I plan to have the car dyno'ed & weighed soon but I just needed some thoughts on the class Thanks Rick #91 2009 Rookie
ianacole
Assuming TQ is less than HP, you're at 10.45/1, which is at the bottom end of GTS-4. I'd recommend adding a bit of weight or removing some power to get to 11/1 (top of GTS-3), or remove weight or add power to move up in GTS-4. But, before making any drastic changes, I'd see what the dyno says first. Oh, and welcome aboard!

ianacole
add 200 lbs to the car Thanks Rick Well, that puts your ratio at 11.36, which is good for GTS-3.
