Sidney
Scott, May I offer some advise that may help sell your car over here. For starters, an American Sedan car is kind of a 'tweener here in NASA. The body, wheels, transmission and brakes are closer to CMC but the engine is more American Iron. The Hoosiers are basically trade material as the Toyo R888 is the spec tire in both AI and CMC so their value is limited. Also both classes are ruled by strick Power to Weight Ratios. You need to get your car over to your nearest Dynojet 248 for some numbers. I'd suggest offering the car minus the engine for the CMC crowd. Good luck with your sale, Sidney Franklin Bloomington, IL CMC #
King Matt
The adjustable panhard and 5-link is not legal in CMC either, but I agree with Sidney. It's a 'tweener. That's a tough sell. If the rear suspension can be retrofitted back to the stock 4-link, it could fit into CMC or CMC-2 with a few engine mods (cam, headers, and probably heads). ScottH
Thanks for the advice. I may just get it to a dyno and get some numbers. I'm just throwing this ad on every racing site that might be interested in a road race Mustang or any Mustang period. Hopefully I find a person that happens to be looking for this car. Thanks again.
