bojets
My son just completed his 4 races on his provisional license. He is 14 and running SSM he had an extensive karting background and 2 years of running cars in another series. They only required him to compete the comp licensing class. He ran his first race with NASA as part of a guest group when he was 12.
JWL
Guys- Not to throw too much cold water on the fire, but any driver under 18 will have to have special permission to compete directly from Jerry Kunzman, our Executive Director. If you have any questions on getting a future star on track please ring Jerry any time at 510-232-6272 and he can go over the requirements with you. -JWL John Lindsey Chief Divisional Director NASA
