FS: Complete Ford 4.6 Mod v8 for parts or rebuild **SOLD**

I did something to my F150's 4.6 a few months ago. While towing up Afton Mountain, the truck hesitated with a CEL very similar to when a coil pack goes bad. It was running on reduced power but was really rough only at low RPM's so I just disengaged overdrive and made it the rest of the way to Harrisonburg.

 

Well, from the best I could tell with my compression gauge, cylinder 3 has zero compression. So, I swapped in a 5.4 and the 4.6 is just sitting here.

 

The engine is a 2001 with about 130k on it. It has all the coil packs (two brand new, the rest about 2 years old), the intake, throttle body, wiring harness, etc. Everything is there including its ECU. I've always taken care of it with regular oil changes with either mobile 1 or royal purple.

 

I'm hoping an AI guy or gal out there could use this thing. $100 and it's all yours. I'd prefer if you could pick it up. I live in Harrisonburg, VA 22801.

 

I can deliver it to VIR in March for an extra $50 if necessary.
