This car was just put together last year and run in a few drivers’ education events. It has just enough track time to "get the bugs out" without being "worn out". The motor was just replaced with a '88 engine which (this is the best performing of all the 2.5 liter 944 engines) because of the 10.2 compression ratio pistons, better camshaft, and improved oil pan baffle. The engine just installed in this car only had 89,000 miles on the engine and we just installed new rod bearings to be safe. I have listed the other items below that have been upgraded.

THE FOLLOWING MAINTENANCE ITEMS WERE REPLACE RECENTLY: rod bearings, water pump, hoses, belts, belt rollers, motor mounts, CV joints, wheel bearings, fuel filter, brake calipers rebuilt, modified steering rack, new tie rod ends, new starter, rebuilt a-arms, new ball joints, hood struts, Spark plug wires, Spark plugs, Rotor, Distributor cap

 

SAFETY ITEMS-Custom welded roll cage, race seat, Sparco steering wheel, Sparco steering wheel adaptor, 6 pt cam lock harnesses, 17 inch rear view mirror, safety solutions right side helmet net.

 

OTHER ITEMS OF INTEREST -2 sets of wheels, interior has been repainted with grey speckle paint.

 

This car is optimized to race in Porsche Club of America SP1 class or N.A.S.A. 944spec.
