crx suspesion questions

Hello , I'm have a crx for h2 w/ b18c1 , i need some tips for spring rate and bars , car has tein coil over custom dumper , 780 front and 980 read , anti-roll bars :front progress 22mm & rear progress 24mm . for me is too hi at front but you guys know better.

i'm no front runner, but i run way softer (550f 600r softer from 550/700) with stock hf front bar and some times an st rear bar, some times no bar (on the high spring rates)
