Need stickey tires for the Panoz to replace my Nitto R2s. Looking for something like a V710 Kumho or R6 Hoosier etc.

Whatcha got?

Neat... why are you selling them? I can run them in TTS right? I know a V710 or R6 would be better, but I'm looking for "cheap".

Tires are Not shaved, And this are fine for TT...that is what I run today

Selling because I am sellng all my 350Z Time Trial car parts to fund buying a race car that uses smaller tires....a Spec3 BMW w/ 15" wheels/tires.. So I am selling a bunch of stuff to enable me to buy more stuff

The BF Goodrich G-Force R1 is the tire that the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge races on. It is as fast as the Hoosier and lasts at least as long as the Kumho V710. These tires are basically only available thru Tire Rack. Therefore you don't tend to see them often at the race track.

My experience is that they are as fast as the hoosier R6's and they last forever. They don't fall off like the Hoosier. My '95 Cobra R loves them. I can't recommend them any higher.

I would be comfortable racing these two sets the rest of the season. I want to take a shot at a track record in the fall and need to buy a new set and get them scrubbed in. I don't have a lot of space for a lot of tires.

I will try and post a few pics this afternoon. They look a lot like the Hoosier.

Thanks Bob... I'm interested. Some pics would be great. I'm running 4-5 more HPDEs this year and looking to run in TTS and do SuperComp School in October at VIR.

How many heat cycles would you guestimate they have left in them? When doing an HPDE my father and I both run the car back to back.

Ballpark price for both sets? My Parents live in Greensboro and I see you live in New Bern.

Here are the photos. I am looking for $125 per tire. You can see the tread depth holes are still well into the first level.
