TurboShortBus
+4 Replace or modify control arms (other than plates, shims, slots, or eccentric bolts/bushings for simple camber/caster adjustment only)(may have spherical/metallic joint(s) for the connection to the spindle/knuckle) +4 You shouldn't take points for the caster/camber plates, as they are freebies. That will save you +4 if you have not replaced or modified the control arms. Mark

TurboShortBus
TTD is lonely down here in Florida as well. At the most, we'll have 2 cars, but I'm usually the lone gunman. Mark
jason
You should just run TTA.
jimbow
You should just run TTA. Next thing I know you'll be trying to convince me to run my underpowered v6 mustang in TTA, when its barely TTE. I take it back - it was right at TTF +29 points, 1 more point it would be TTE Edited June 2, 2009 by Guest

Midnight FX
Hello All!!! Maybe I don't understand the ins and outs...Why would you add +5 for the turbo (unless it's an upgrade)since the TTF** should take the stock turbo into account?
National Staff Greg G. Posted May 30, 2009 National Staff Share Posted May 30, 2009 Hello All!!!Maybe I don't understand the ins and outs...Why would you add +5 for the turbo (unless it's an upgrade)since the TTF** should take the stock turbo into account? New rule this year--all forced induction (that is not re-classed by Dyno) takes an extra +5 points. We added this when we made simple ECU reflashes and chips free this past year. Also, guys, while it is nice that you are trying to help him class the car, I can't tell you how many times we have had problems with cars being classed over the Internet, or even at the track without actually inspecting the car. As it states in the rules, if a driver has questions, he should bring them directly to his regional TT Director.
