dans2k
hey I registerred for the contingency they sent me a patch to attach to my "race suit" well I don't have a suit, can I put it on a cap or a t-shirt?
AZELISE
According to the link in the post about Hoosier contingency: "A Hoosier patch must be sewn on the competitor's uniform." I have one sewn on the shirt I wear when I drive. I plan on picking up a couple more to sew onto a hat and another shirt. The word uniform may be a little ambiguous on purpose. dans2k
ok thanks not sure where I got race suit from what about the big stickers they send are they easy to get off the car afterwards?
AZELISE
The stickers come off a waxed car nicely. I wanted to wax the car a few months ago (it had been about a year) so I ordered some new ones and removed the old ones. Next time I will just wax over them. TurboShortBus
If you don't want the stickers to be permanent, then apply them to a magnet sheet so you can apply/remove them at will (unless you have a Corvette or something non-ferrous). For front/rear stickers on plastic bumpers, apply the sticker to a piece of plastic that can be bolted in place of your typical license plates. TurboShortBus
hey thanks great idea with the magnets will do that Check http://www.MagnetKing.com, as they have 12"x24"x0.030" white vinyl magnetic sheets for as cheap as $6 each. One sheet should be able to handle several contingency stickers. Mark
