I spoke to him today and he's interested in doing this again, consistent with his schedule.

I'm in. Rick is the fastest 944 driver at Willow. Are you ready for the next plateau?

Elvis could be many? Could be one? Could it be that Chris Wiles and I have clowned around about Rick hanging out with Elvis, or even being Elvis? Could it be that he didn't take it well? Could it be my doctors who have suggested to hang up the gloves? Could it be me saying I have left the building? Who will ever know?

I'd love to come, just for the driving, not so much for the instruction. Not saying I don't need it, I just mean, I'd love to go just to drive. I miss it.

Yeah, I miss your ugly mug, too. So come hang out with us even if you don't race....

Love that Aussie flag on the roof!

Ok, looks good.

Here's the costs so far. You need a track membership for $75. This can be used in 2004 but will be dated for the 2005 season. Nice!

Then it costs $75 per person AND $75 per car. That's in case there are any shared cars. This includes insurance from the track.

So, $225 for each driver in his car. It's really nice to have that membership because you can just jet up to the track any day that they're available!

Then we have the cost of Rick's personal instruction to split among us.

Unknown at this time. The only snag to this whole deal is that only 1 person can be in the car! I was hoping to have him ride shotgun, then ride along with him......Oh, well. The next available "Friday test day" is Dec 10th. Is that good for any of you guys? That's the only day in Dec. Jan.'s schedule is unknown at this time.

Another option is to just bring Rick to a regular event at Willow Springs.

That might be easier and more beneficial. I'd really like to have him in the car critiquing me in realtime.

Sure, Dillimeister. Read my first post above. The track, Willow, might make it too difficult to do it the way I'd like it to be done (for best effectiveness) so it might just be easier all around to do it at a POC, PCA, or NASA event.

No worries, Mate!

I was gonna ask how you were doin'.........

Can you drive up to BW just to show? No pressure, just a weekender thing.

I'm ebay-ing my butt off. Selling Porsche posters, books, shirts, decals, throttle cam, whatever.

Hope you feel better...........

I have crap I need to sell too, just so tired so motivation is low. I think I have sold that old 88 chassis? Just can't be bothered dealing with it and it's taking up space. Found a guy to take it away for a reasonable price on both sides.

As for the neck, it's much the same? Seems doing nothing is, doing nothing. Neck has not changed, it only highlights the injury to my lower back because I'm not keeping those muscles excercised. You know I did learn something recently. I chipped my front teeth in the accident (which was a head on at 45mph), but didn't know how? I didn't hit anything? My teeth did touch top to bottom. In a demo video with a crash test dummy (other than myself), strapped in with race belts rather than street belt. The dummies chin hit it's chest. Viola'. I assume that's how I broke my front teeth? And fractured my lower vertabrae and herniated 3 disks in my lower back at the same time?

Yikes!
