So I went to the body shop and found that after two 8 hour shifts they were able to get the car straight again and the body aligned. Now they are preparing it for paint. Should have the car back in a few days.

16 hours at $95 an hour? That's ~$1500 before paint, and before the door...ouch

Nah, they hooked him up, and besides, bodyshop labor rates are in the low $70's

Yea total price after all said and done will be under a grand. But it beats the hell out of a couple grand or more that it could have cost. Lucky I've known these guys since they opened!!!!!

Good to hear....your next event should be in Utah in September!!!!!

No our next one is at the end of August at T-hill. You should bring your car out aswell and run. Or are you going to park the car till Nat's? I don't think I'm going race this years Nat's. This repair took a chunk of the budget I had set for the year. But I may have someone that wants to rent my car so that is an option. I will be at the race as a spectator either way.
