mcolangelo2005 Posted July 7, 2009 Posted July 7, 2009 Note: I tried searching this forum and even looked at the NASA GCR and couldn't find an answer to my question, so hopefully I can get an answer here. I currently race a Spec Miata with the ICSCC up in the Pacific Northwest. I have a ICSCC road racing license but do not have a NASA Competition license. I'd like to be able to race for one or two weekends this year with NASA down in California. Does NASA honor ICSCC licenses? If so, in addition to my ICSCC license and my current NASA membership, what else would I need to participate in a NASA regional race? Thanks in advance for any info! Quote
National Staff Greg G. Posted July 8, 2009 National Staff Posted July 8, 2009 Contact the NASA Regional Director for whichever region you want to run in (Jerry Kunzman or Ryan Flaherty). http://www.nasaproracing.com/aboutnasa/regions.html Quote
mcolangelo2005 Posted July 8, 2009 Author Posted July 8, 2009 Thanks for the reply, Greg. I heard back from John Lindsey and he said that my ICSCC license would serve as the basis for a NASA license. In addition, I'd need to do three things: 1. Fill out a NASA license application 2. Pay fees 3. Send in a completed medical form I posted this here in case any other ICSCC racers have the same question. Quote
