PeanutinCA
Don't we get a discount at Paragon? How do we claim it online? May have to call them? I mean, we do run their stickers and all.

PeanutinCA
Apparently it's a sucker job. Most mechanics I spoke to (actually all) grimmiced with the thought of doing the clutch. By the book, it's a 10 hour job. So, be prepared to pay, sorry. Or get some buddies liquered and get them to turn some wrenches?
944-Spec#94
Jason, I have a spring center one from paragon. I installed it new when I rebuilt my motor in Jan 2003. I have run it since then and it has virtually no wear. I got the entire kit. disc, pressure plate & all. I used the stock flywheel. Anyway there are two ways to do a clutch. Traditional says out the back. Pull the tranny out and get at from there. OR... ... if you need other engine work then you can pull the motor do the engine work and do the clutch at the same time. If you are doing main bearings on the engine the clutch needs to come off anyway. So... the traditional method is about 10 hrs and is not hard, just long. Tom Sollars just did his clutch not long ago and apparently Joe Stubblefield did one in 2-3 hrs. I guess working on these cars for years gives you a few tips to make jobs faster!
