Legends21
What's the difference in use between a 4-pole and a 6-pole battery disconnect switch? I need one for my SR20DET powered RX7. Thanks. Generally, the 4 pole has two single pole disconnects that are ganged to open and close the connection together. The 6 pole has another set of contacts that are closed when the other two are open. The extra set of contacts for the 6 pole is normally used to shunt the Alternator output to ground through a load (resistor). Dale
