Acura Integra Type R 2002 Grand-Am Cup Championship winning car biult by Mugen/King Motorsports

Currently running in PTB configuration wins in everything from Grand-Am, NASA, SCCA including various track records.

FIR main 1:08

Willow Springs 1:34 prob a couple of seconds left easily...

RyanF jumped in the car first time ran a low 1:34 in one lap and came in so?

 

 

239/162 at 2285lbs with 200lbs driver empty

 

Engine

NEW ENGINE

92mm Crower stroke

Crower lite "long rods" big bolts

84.5 Endyne pistons

Cleavite race bearings

Entire new fresh trick head with oversized stainless valve

GSR block with Darton sleeves

motor was $10k all the right parts!

 

Fresh trans-sychro's, 3rd gear, inter-lock, ect..

new competition race clutch with "new 8lb flywheel"

 

I think there is about 3 hours on the trans and complete engine-

The car now has Lexan frt/rear and a carbon fiber hood....cold air through the pass. headlight W/black bumper cover still have a spare white.

 

The bad the body shows dings, some tire donuts, ect...

It has been a race car for it's entire life although it looks great from 10 well maybe 15ft away!!!

Will trade for ???

Looking for a gas mileage efficient driver

and race or TT car---->miata, BMW E36 M3, older Porsche (944T or affordable 911)

How about an e30 with an m50 swap built for TTE? Still street legal with a cat, etc.

So NOW there is a new motor(see above)- refreshed trans w/JDM FD!

 

Tons of spares and tires!

 

Make a reasonable offer and it's yours!

 

(removed more weight)

The car with me at 200lbs is a adjusted 10.251 pwr/lbs at classing weight (242/2275)although it can't hit that min weight by about 10lbs even when dry.

 

Oh yes it has also has fresh re-valved shocks for the 1000k springs....
