Right there with ya! ~7-8 lbs depends on what I ate for dinner... I need to drop another 40... maybe it's time to get serious about this.

What if we weigh in at each event, and whoever loses the greatest percentage of weight between events will get $25 worth of NASA-SE "schwag" (T-Shirts, sweatshirts, caps, etc.). We'll do this for the rest of 2010 and at the end of the year the "biggest loser" (most pounds lost) will get a Free NASA-SE 2011 weekend?

What do you think?

So I was doing good until the Girls Scouts came around. I did some work for one of my neighbors and was paid in vodka and these little chocolate bottles filled with liquor. So when I stepped on my Wii Fit board it told me I was 2 pounds heavier than I was and that I was unbalanced, me unbalanced.

That's a great idea Jim! Every bit of motivation helps! Sounds like this can be fun. I assume weigh-ins would be before the Saterday night BBQ.

I have to take points for weight this weekend and run with a 40 something pound pass seat.

I can't afford to do that again.

Alright y'all, looks like some folks have fallen off here. We need to keep it going.

I haven't posted up in a while, and admittedly haven't been exercising since my son was born 5 weeks premature on March 6th. My wife and I spent a few weeks in the ICN at Presby in Charlotte, so I didn't really feel like exercising when I got home.

However, apparently stress and anxiety do help with weight loss. I'm down to 230 even now. So that's puts me at the stats below:

Weight: 230 lbs. (-17 overall)

BMI: 33.0

I've started back on the workout program today, and will see you all at Charlotte (albeit as a worker this time). Hopefully some of y'all can get back with it as well!
