Daniel Schroeder
what all did you change to do the update on the front end? Fairly basic I guess, I did the change over in 05 so a few things have changed since then. New from Ford: 05 Headlights bulb pig tail (different bulbs) 05 Header panel Sourced from a salvage yard: Front bumper and ALL brackets, there's something different about the 04 and 05 mounting so the brackets are important. I have heard that someone on Ebay was selling the 05 headlights WITH pigtails to do this conversion recently, but I haven't confirmed this yet. You can also use your bumper and on Ebay someone was selling the 05 grills that were laser trimed to fit the 04 and earlier bumpers. Trim your header panel and fit the 05 headlights. That look is ok, but to me just not quite right. That gives you a few ideas!!!
