Candidate must have a passion for the automobile that extends beyond the workday. Experience in racing is a plus, as it exemplifies the kind of "can-do" attitude required for success in this field. Also required is the ability to communicate technical details and lead a cross-functional team to dominate niche markets. This position will have creative freedom to pursue new marketing technologies to take a well respected, traditional thinking company to new markets with an updated image.
