Wild Bill Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 I may be interested in purchasing your car minus the parts that are not legal in CMC. Quote
D Algozine Posted July 20, 2010 Author Posted July 20, 2010 I may be interested in purchasing your car minus the parts that are not legal in CMC. I'm not well versed on all of the CMC rulses. I know the K member, front control arms, and torque arm would have to go. Not sure about the 2000 R Brembo calipers, or the front coilover kit, or rear lower arms. I may be able to help with some stock (CMC freindly) parts Where are you located? Let me know and hopefully we can work something out. Later Dave Quote
King Matt Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 You could keep the CC plates, rear lower arms, and the Bilsteins using stock location springs (although the valving may not be ideal). Torque arm, K-member, front arms, and coilovers would have to go. The Brembos are legal for CMC-2. Quote
Sidney Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 If this car is going to stay in the Midwest or Great Lakes...CMC2 is the only class as everyone has switched. Quote

So one could possibly recoupe $1K or so right off the bat...This thing has my automotive ADD on overdrive. Is it fireproof? Quote
Wild Bill Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 I live in southern Illinois just across the river from Saint Louis. According to Mapquest approx 5 hours from Crown Point. Is the car to big to Fedex? Just kidding, My cell#618-977-0785. Quote
