Hood Scoop and Radiator support question (H2 rules related)

Hey Guys,

Quick question about cutting the radiator support in H2. I was looking at this thread on HT http://honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2766239 and Renan and others talk about a radiator duct (see neet-o pics in link) being used along with the uber cool hood scoop. So I started taking measurements and it looks like the center radiator support will need to be removed. I looked in the rule book and I dont see where this is legal. Whats the groups take on this? I can make modifications to the duct to make it work but it would be alot easier to just cut it out of the way

Thank for the help.
