edhunter
If a T5 will bolt up to a mod motor (not familiar with those requirements), you might look at these from Levy Racing. I run one, Levy has a shop just north of Charlotte. Any gear ratio you want, I think it uses Astro parts. Travis at Levy Racing East used to run Mid-South transmissions (or something like that) and built trannys for Nascar. He builds these T5's. I think the case is now the weak point as I run a stock case, but magnesium are available. No issues for the last year plus... Pricey but it should last w/ AI power levels... http://levyracing.com/store/levyracing-super-alloy-t5

Very slick setup and the A5 parts from Astro are living well in several AI cars. David donovan runs one in his car and loves it.
kbrew8991
T5s are junk imho. Wouldn't even run one in a street car if I could avoid it.
TurboShortBus
I stumbled across this ad on Corner-Carvers, if anybody is looking for a T-56 for fairly cheap that needs some work. http://www.corner-carvers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=43669 I do not know the seller, and I have no interest in the sale. Mark EDIT: For those of you without a C-C account, here is the ad on the PBMC site: http://www.palmbeachmustangclub.com/pbmc/showthread.php?t=3443
rtunney
Jimmy, I am running the TKO 600RR in my 98 Cobra. A drastic improvement over the T45. The only complaint is, the shifter that came with the TKO is crap! Plan on getting something like a tr-iax etc. if you choose to go with the TKO.
