It was the same PHP virus that hit the NASA-SE website a few months ago. It is a preloaded spam link hidden in the webpage. Make sure you run your local virusscan after exiting the page to clean up any cookies/spyware it drops off...

Just add www.spece30.com to your list of Restricted Sites and IE or your browser of choice will up all the security features when you visit the site stopping the redirects and pop ups.
