uberklasse
to start with the car has factory Fuch's 7 and 9'S!! 9's are very hard to find and if you look at wheel enhancement http://www.wheelenhancement.com/index.php?t=WheelDetail&id=24t or other sites you can see then for $1000 + Car has new Goodrich DOT R compound tires with 4 heat cycles from one event at Cal Speedway. Car has all track records in it's class with POC and was just sorted out by some of the best people in the business.... Tony Callas: http://www.callasrennsport.com/index.asp?p=tonycallas Steve Alarcon: http://johnsonsalignment.com/ Jim Pierce: http://advanceoffroad.com/index.html receipts total over 4k and that is WITHOUT the car! I just put new tires, belts, pads, rotors, hoses, schroth harness, momo suede wheel with quick release hub, window net, extinguisher on the car in June. The car has a title and will pass smog as is, but I have a straight pipe along with a ton of spares! Description: 1984 944 with Title Strut tower Brace Lowering springs Roll Bar Full interior with 2 sparco racing seats, sliders and 2 sets of 5 and 6 point harnesses. Power windows and mirrors Power locks and power trunk do not work Battery Cut off switch Hot lap timer beacon Porsche Crest Center caps (removed from Fuchs) CD player/removeable face tow hooks New hood shocks (needs rears) Perfect street/track car than CAN be raced door to door! A lot of weight can be deleted by removing full interior, carpeting and sound insulation. It can be turned into 944 spec car with full cage (I can help with pricing and installation) Selling the fuchs while replacing with cookie cutters would pay for cage and/or net a nice profit! Extra set of Fuchs are 7's and have street tires that have 90% tread. Car is and has always been stored inside with car cover (included in sale) It has always been a california car and has NO rust! Please let me know if you have any ?'s and I can post pictures later as I just decided to sell it based on a couple other race cars I just purchased. Car is burgundy with tan interior and has 155k miles. There are limited vinyl graphics....#47, POC class designation and stickers. Left rear qtr panel had contact and has filler in it. Car was salvaged by original owner Lyn Zamboni ( I am second owner) as the price of fender was more than car was worth according to insurance and Lyn bought it back. He spared no expense when it came to ongoing and routine maintenance and it's safe to say that it has one of the best histories of any 944 in So Cal. I just installed a trailer hitch with 1 7/16 inch receiver and ball ($300) and was going to use with my small 1 axle racing/autocross trailer. thanks for your interest, Jason $5,900 with trailer hitch and all spares...turnkey ps. tim commeau has seen the car at Cal Speedway and for a very small $ investment (and some of your own time with carpet removal etc.) would be a very competive 944 spec car.
