They did have Ron on the dyno after the race and Ron paid to get the car dyno tuned Saturday evening before the race to make sure he was legal. I helped those guys over the weekend to help get him up and running. I have absolutely no issue with Rons car he drove one heck or a race and deserved the win. I still have a copy of his dyno tune on my laptop, there were no tricks being played. Hopefully you can find a way to get out to Mid-O, maybe those Mazda guys will get a hauler and you can hitch a ride. 40 cars and ST2 gets it's own race, how nice would that be Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There were a few Vettes that finished the race. Do they not have in-car? As for 2011 Nationals, maybe a bunch of us Socal ST2 guys can get someone to haul our cars and equipment to Mid-O. I know 7s only, which is the shop that runs those Mazda GTs, does it. You guys know anyone who can work out a good deal for us? Might as well try to get the ball rolling now. I know Geff isn't that computer savy so more than likely that's why he hasn't posted it. To tell you the truth I've never posted video on the web so I'm not sure how to do it either. Was there something specifically that you were interested in seeing? Q races or feature race? We're not trying to hide anything I can see if I can get ahold of the tapes and try to post them if there's some sort of issue to be settled. I believe Ron's car made between 369 - 371 from what the crew guys told me. I wasn't at the dyno so I can't say for sure, but it was right in line with what they were looking for. Its actually pretty easy. Although, i dont post my own in-car. My sponsor posts them. Either way, i know its really easy. Thats part of the reason why i use a GoPro, because it uses a SD card. I can watch my footage within seconds. I pull out the SD card, stick it in my laptop, and thats it, my footage plays instantly. Im sure posting it on Vimeo is just as simple also.
